New to the city, looking for friends, dates, and maybe more.

Hi, my full name is Ashley Taylor Diamond. I moved to the city three months ago - to the Upper West Side. I'm on a break from college after spending two years at Vassar (looking for a city college for next fall). In the meanwhile I am working, exploring the city, and just chilling with my new roommates. I work part-time at the Lavelle School for the Blind in the Bronx, a dual-disability school (all the students have at least some mental and some visual impairment). It is very rewarding since I work one-on-one for the most part. I also work for my Dad's organic food market, and edit movies a little. Right now I am enjoying exploring the city, but I would love somebody to explore it with. Don't worry though, I won't make you be my tour guide! For fun I am a singer - I'm a lead with a jazz band, and take lessons in the city. I also play a lot of trumpet and a little guitar. I also enjoy movies, videogames (my apt. has a Wii), poker night, or just chilling with tv, good food, and good people. Yes, you should be 420 friendly, but I leave it in the apartment and am told I "don't have the vibe", for whatever that's worth. What else, what else...
