Still life among simulacra

I think I'm one of those off-the-beaten path kind of guys -- not a conformist, not an anti-conformist for it's own sake either. I've spent a number of years in other countries, have never been afraid to leave a job, was married for 10 years -- just following that funky beat of my own coked-up drummer. I like dive bars and MOCA and whiskers on kittens...well, dive museums, maybe, if there is such a thing (and there so should be). I work for an entertainment conglomerate (boo!) making games (yea!). I have blue, blue eyes like marbles from someone else's childhood. I write fiction and make music. I revel in the absurd, a gentle smartass who always makes sure no one gets hurt. When all's said and done, I'm playful and respectful and people tell me I smell nice. I don't have a recipe for who I think I want to meet. Surprise me. If I had to make someone up...smart, anarchic, open-minded and accepting of others. Empathetic, sympathetic, maybe even sometimes a little pathetic. Creativity is always good -- wouldn't a collaborator be cool? Maybe you read books, enjoy films, or simply have a passion for imagining your own. Of course, you're sarcastic, deeply flawed, a troublemaker (or just really good at finding it).
