When I am told, "Don't worry, it will happen eventually." by people who are already married, I can't agree. Perhaps if I lived a more social lifestyle, it would become more likely, but I am who I am. The evidence says that waiting for something to happen will only lead to continual singleness. Which is kinda contrary to my goal of eventually finding someone who I could share my life with. Not that I really expect this to result in that, but no harm in hoping.  I have a good life, and have had many great adventures, but in the past few years I realize that what I really want is to have that special someone to share everything with. I have the heart of youth, with the wisdom of age.  I love kids and have not given up on the hope to have one of my own, (but realize that might be just a dream,) and any you might have is OK also.  I enjoy being active. I enjoy traveling to non-touristy places, camping...
