Live Well, Laugh Often

I'm a child of the 60s who has grown up but NOT OLD. Life's too short not to enjoy and to see the humor in it. I like to laugh and have a good time and do that a lot. That doesn't mean I'm not serious about values,ccaring about other people, animals and the environment. I also believe it's not what you have, it's who you are and I don't judge. Spirituality is importany and yes, you can be spiritual without belonging to an organized religion. Things I like; are music especially blues, reading,walking,movies ( art films, sci-fi), ancient history, comedy, writing poems and songs, art, nature, meditation and other "new age" stuff,) Farmers' Markets and flea markets,blues clubs, coffee, hot spicy food and good conversation, computers and other new technology, and animals. Things I don't like: lying, cheating,one night stands,drugs, excessive drinking, smoking, and intolerance. You won't get any of that from me. Are you tired of the games people are playing?
