I'm an attractive (at least at one time ... still am in the right light), funny larger woman with long silver hair who sometimes harbors ambitions to lose the weight, but too often hears the siren call of good food and TV. I'm not athletic, but I do try to walk on the beach regularly and have occasional bursts of energy that spur me to hike, bike or do other less-sedentary activities.
