Honest and looking for someone

I am a shy person, and I am very honest. I am an ex EMT, I was one for 12 years. I have two great boys, one living in Hawaii and the other has one year of school left. I know how to treat a lady ,with respect and Honesty. And I like the same. I like to try new things and I am always up to a challenge. Life is too short not to try and learn all you can about everything. I like an intelligent conversation from weather to science. When it is warm I am seldom inside unless I am watching a good movie, or holding a good woman,(well that has been a long while since i have been able to do that).I am a smoker trying to quit, so do not let that get to you, give me a chance. For the right woman It will give me an incentive to quit. I like to sit outside at night and watch the stars. I used to be into astronomy. I meditate for stress relief, It clears the mind. I am very mellow and believe we are here to improve ourselves and to help others. I like to hold hands and kiss, sex comes later when you are ready for it, it should not be rushed, or taken for granted. The feeling you have for each other is more important, everything else will fall into place if it is meant to be. I am too giving some times and have been burned more then once. I just want some honesty and some honest feeling for each other. I am a good person who will do anything for a friend or someone in need.
