The Eye of Horus on my right shoulder blade : I love eyes, and I love that I am influenced by so many cultures....this one was a birthday present to myself and is a part of my skin like the arab-ness is part of my culture.
The story goes that evil wishes affect you when you blink; if you could keep your eyes open all the time nothing bad would ever happen to you. The eye of Horus was worn as an amulet to ward off evil (as it's an all seeing eye).
