I fell asleep last night and left the television on and when I woke up this morning who was on TV?
FRED Flinstone!
I did a little channel-surfing (just my normal morning phitness routine) and there on another channel was FRED Astaire!!
Stunned by this unusual FRED coincidence, I checked out the Nickelodian Channel and sure enough - FRED Sanford was on!!
Realizing that this couldn't possible be "by chance" I did a little research and found out that nearly every hour of every day, some sort of FRED touches our lives!
PLEASE - feel free to share your "FRED" moments in an effort to enlighten all of us who need to enjoy the spriritual enlightenment of our daily Fred

does having a dog named Fred count? I also have a frog in my bathroom that's name is Fred Cadetalhopper. Just my everyday dose of Fred.

That's amazing. My German Shephard was named FRED.
The dog that owns me now, is called Bob. Unless he's naughty. Then it's, ROBERT!

Sorry, Cristo, I must be living in a Fred-free zone. No pets named Fred, no relatives named Fred, no coworkers named Fred-- I might be able to supply an acronym for you, though. Faking Respectability Every Day-- it's just what I do, heh heh.

Actor Fred Crane, who spoke opening line in 'Gone With the Wind,' dies
Published: Monday, August 25, 2008 | 2:18 PM ET
THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
ATLANTA - Fred Crane, the actor whose Southern accent won him a slot as one of Scarlett O'Hara's beaux and the opening line in "Gone With the Wind," has died.
Crane, who played one of the Tarleton twins in the 1939 classic, was 90. His wife, Terry Lynn Crane, told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that he died on Thursday of complications from diabetes. She declined to give details.
Please bow your heads and recite, "Give us this day, our daily Fred..."

Dear Fred Mercury,
Today while reading this thread I thought about you. In your make up that naver fades and your exceptional talent of singing the drama, you made many followers here of different countries. I hope the hooligans above me won't undermine your spirit here in the actions of our fitness hero from Beverly Hills, and our spanish sailor with a fantastic member. Both of them have been of great value to us. Without their thoughtful input, who knows what this site would become? probably a dating site...God forbid!
RIP Fred, We love you

Fred for the day?
Fred Gwynne
aka Officer Francis Muldoon from "Car 54, Where Are You?" (1961)
aka Herman Munster from "The Munsters" (1964)
This Fred made his movie debut, unbilled, as one of "Johnny Friendly"'s gang of thugs who menace Marlon Brando in Elia Kazan's classic On the Waterfront (1954)
great baritone singer of Broadway shows but my favorite...
His role as the judge in "My Cousin Vinny" (1992)
This Fred was a real "Gwynner"

So, I'm driving to work this morning (which is questionable given the other thread) but ANYWAY, they were talking to a 'Fred' on the air. Then I was driving home (again questionable) and I see a semi that has a logo on the side of the truck that says 'MarFRED'. I had no idea I was surrounded by Freds!

I can see that none of you like to dance. otherwise you wouldn't have phorgotten one of the greatest dancers of the silver screen:
Fred Astaire.. I have often wondered what he liked to a stare at.....

Actually I did, Cimm. Even the part "otherwise you wouldn't have phorgotten one of the greatest dancers of the silver screen: Fred Astaire".
So now, I've read your second line twice, and I've "stared" at Fred Astaire five times. Once from Cristo, twice from you, and now twice from me.
More than one "Phred" a day is considered bible thumpimg and against the Mingles user agreement, you Amish whore! *l*
