I have had a few forums before this one and I know it takes time to build up a membership, so welcome and dive right in the waters fine!

I own a beautiful male afghan about 1 year and 8 months old who I adopted from the team who co-owned him back in IL. He did about 8 shows and traveled as far as South Dakota, but just didn't do well in the ring. Training him to be a house pet and not a kenneled show dog has been daunting to say the least! He will follow any show command you give, is a walking dream on the leash but very nervous around people. Quite the counter surfer too!

I love him so much and he is my 2nd afghan. My first was from Kay Finch's Crown Crest line.
