lol...we aren't THAT far up north! As for salmon, hm....I'm looking out at the lake right now, and I don't think there are any salmon in there, but geez- there could be, what the heck do I know, lol However! I will contact Shilo, she lives in Alaska and I KNOW she goes salmon fishing!

You have most excellent salmon fishing not far from y'all. A great way to get really, really cold. And watch the natives catch fish.
The smelt-drinking is pretty good, too.

If you can shut off your emotions than it is perfect for you!
But most likely one of the two ends up feeling more for the other and then things get awkward....and you most likely lose that friendship.
My suggestion in this matter is...to get yourself a "temp". Someone that you treat sort of like your trainer. You go in, exercise, have a shower and leave.
Keep your friends as your friends (unless you know that it is meant to be) and your lovers as lovers.

Friends with Benefits is a great thing , You just need to have that understanding from the beginning so both people are on same page. I am currently interviewing for a new one.

I have that "friends with benefits" thing going on with two of my neighbors...
I have the keys to their houses to go in and raid their referigerators and pantries anytime (whether they're there or not) and they have the keys to my place!

i dont see anything wrong with it, long as you agree from the begining, on how its going to be. Ive had one for six years, we are great friends, and do lots of things together, but when we are in relationships we respect each other and dont have sex. Oh i know what some think, blasphemy, but this is what works for me.

I agree with ya too Manny...I had a FWB for over 3 years and we are still friends even though we don't sleep together anymore (he found what he was looking for). If you establish the rules first, there shouldn't be any issues.
