While this immoral numbskull (TCK) is trying to say that NOW that Obama is president, the Iraq war is NOW about politics, as opposed to when Bush was president the Iraq War" wasn't".

Today, this story came out from an aide to Colin Powell :

In it, Wilkerson wrote that the interrogation program began in April and May of 2002, and then-Vice President Cheney's office kept close tabs on the questioning.

"Its principal priority for intelligence was not aimed at preempting another terrorist attack on the U.S. but discovering a smoking gun linking Iraq and al Qaeda," Wilkerson wrote in The Washington Note, an online political journal"

I think that all of America saw that with the "cherry picking" of intelligence that Cheney's office constantly provided Fox News to broadcast.

It's almost humorous to watch Dick Cheney go on the offensive now, in what I perceive as a very clever move to cover himself in case he is brought up on charges for issuing orders to torture.

At least we're seeing the possibility of John Wu being disbarred. Which would one would think would logically lead to Addington and then charges against Cheney.

Tck I have found you to be both the most ignorant, arrogant (the worst of combinations to find in a human being) person in your conduct on this site for 8 years. Add to that your insidious actions against other members on this site and we can see all of that coming into play here with your new found "fascination" with Obama.

So drop the insulting pretense of objectivity and "politeness".

Your man (Bush) is out and because of him and the disaster of Iraq along and your party's policies the majority of the American public is sick of people like you and your opinions.

It was never about anything BUT politics and money...to believe anything else is to be extremely naive or very much on the "yes sir" side of Bush and his cohorts...in other words, agreeing with Bush's administration no matter what.

Of course there are those that believe Bush and the neocons because they are convinced by their stories, they don't know any better (usually a combination of a lack of education and gullibility and falling into the trap of equating pride and love for your country with the government), and those who believe despite knowing that most of those stories are about something other than what was portrayed...these are the more immoral and dangerous people with little regard for humanity as a whole...
