You seem to think you know a lot about others and their spouses (women)... how about if you try something NEW and talk about a subject that you REALLY DO KNOW ABOUT... for example - your wife... where is she... divorced. One ought not to give advice or make statements on any subject that they cannot figure out for themselves. A relationship that involves a "boss" is always one way to approach it - it allows the one who isn't boss to "quit" without explanation or reasons... when there is a "boss" it is a "job" and if you wake up one morning and you just decide you don't like your "job" or "boss" you can quit without any questions or feelings of attachment.
