Completely Country

I'm a dyed in the wool country boy who has been to the big city and now I'm back home. More than anything I love my grandchildren. I love Western Swing & Texas Honky Tonk music and go to a number of western swing music events each year. Now for you musically un-educated, it's not Nashville "cookie cutter" music, it's the old traditional country sound. I keep some longhorns around my house to graze the area down so I don't have to mow. My favorite cities are Ft. Worth, Ruidoso, and San Angelo. I love to travel thru Texas and enjoy the Southwestern states. I help cook on a chuckwagon occasionally, I like to camp out, and I love to go outside at night and drink a bottle of wine. I'm a borderline introvert and I tend to be a private person at times and don't mind if my mate needs her space also. It's difficult to write wants, likes, and desires sometimes. These are intangibles that are hard to define, i.e. "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". I've been in jobs were I had to have on a suit and tie. I've also worn a tux on several occasions. I've mingled very comfortably with M.D.s, Ph.D.s, high level politicians, and many other successful business people. My heart and soul are country, but I'm sincere and intelligent enough that others have accepted me without hanging the i.d. "bumpkin" on me. Do I want to wear a tux again?
